Competition – Conditions of Participation

1. Organizer
1.a The organizer of the wheel of fortune campaign is L.CREDI-Peugler GmbH represented by the managing director Florian Straßmeier . The participation period is from March 26, 2024, 12:00 a.m. to April 2, 2024, 11:59 p.m. and takes place on lcredi.com.
1.b This promotion is not related to Facebook or any other social media provider on which this promotion may be announced.
1.c The organizer reserves the right to cancel or end the promotion without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances (particularly of a technical or legal nature).

2. Wheel of Fortune
2.a Participation in the competition is only possible online via the campaign website www.lcredi.com. Participation in the wheel of fortune takes place exclusively within the framework of these conditions of participation. By participating and registering as well as confirming the conditions of participation and data protection regulations on the campaign website, the participant accepts these conditions. Further information about data processing can be found in the data protection regulations.
2.b Participation does not require the purchase of goods or services.
2.c With a purchase value of at least €40 between March 26th, 2024 and April 2nd, 2024 (purchase period), customers will receive a maximum of one Wheel of Fortune voucher with winning code per customer when participating in the Wheel of Fortune promotion.

2.d The organizer reserves the right to change these conditions of participation without prior notice or to cancel the competition without giving reasons if the proper implementation of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical, legal or other reasons. When exercising these rights, the organizer will take the interests of the participants into account; in particular, the exercise of these rights must be reasonable for the participants.
3.f Participation signals a legitimate interest in sending email advertising.

3. Participation
3.a By participating, participants agree to the terms and conditions of participation.
3.b Any natural person aged at least 18 years old who resides in Germany is eligible to participate. Employees of L.CREDI - Peugler GmbH are excluded from participation. Anyone who enters their email address and accepts the conditions of participation is eligible to participate. Multiple registrations from the same person will not be accepted.
3.c No paid services need to be used to participate. However, internet access is required to participate and any associated costs must be borne by participants.

3.d The requirements for participation must be met for the duration of the promotion and communicated to the organizer in the manner provided. Participation by means other than the one offered for participation (e.g. different email address of the organizer) is excluded and will not be taken into account. Applications for participation submitted before or after will not be considered.
3.e Participation by minors with limited legal capacity is only possible from the age of 14 and only with the consent of their legal representatives.
4. Profit
4.a The guaranteed instant winnings include discounts of 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% respectively. The participant can only use one code per payment transaction.
 5. Data protection
5.a The participant data provided as part of participation will be collected, processed and used by the organizer exclusively to carry out this campaign. This data will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be passed on to third parties and will not be used for advertising purposes.
5.b The prerequisite for participation in the competition is that the participant provides the necessary information mentioned under point 3. Otherwise participation is not possible.

5.d At https://lcredi-munich.de/pages/kontakt, participants can request information from the organizer at any time about which personal data is stored, can request its correction and deletion and, if necessary, revoke any consent given.
6. Legal recourse and liability
Legal recourse is excluded. There is no enforceable claim to the payment of winnings. L.Credi -Peugler GmbH is not liable for the loss, delay, delay, alteration, manipulation and/or misdirection of emails and/or data during data entry, capture, transmission and/or storage , which have their origin in external data networks, in particular the Internet or the WWW, in external telephone lines and/or other hardware and/or software of the participants and/or third parties; This particularly applies to incorrect, missing, interrupted, deleted or defective data. Furthermore, L.Credi-Peugler GmbH is not liable for theft or destruction of the systems and/or storage media storing the data or for unauthorized modification and/or manipulation of the data in the systems and/or on the storage media by participants or third parties. Otherwise, L.Credi-Peugler is only liable for gross negligence or intentional actions by its legal representatives, employees or vicarious agents. L.Credi-Peugler is not liable for any damages caused to the winners or their relatives
in connection with the profit. The above exclusion of liability does not apply if liability is mandatory, e.g. in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health or due to the violation of essential contractual obligations. However, the claim for damages for the violation of essential contractual obligations is limited to the 3 contract-typical, foreseeable damage, unless there is liability for intent or gross negligence or due to injury to life, body or health. The above regulations do not entail a change in the burden of proof to the detriment of the participants.
