Register your return here within 60 days of receiving your order.

We will email you a return slip and return label. Print out the label and attach it to the package. Put the return slip in the package if you are within Germany.

No printer? To send the package, use the QR code from the return slip.

Return the item to its original packaging and ensure it is unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

Place the return slip in the package.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue you a credit. The credit will be applied to the original payment method.

• Returns must be received within 60 days of receipt of the order
• Returns must be in the original packaging and the item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
• We do not accept returns on personalized items, gift cards or digital products.
• The shipping costs for the shipment to you will not be reimbursed. If you have any further questions or need help, just contact us. We are happy to be there for you!
