Despite many intense phases, our small team enjoys a relaxed atmosphere in the office, as our long-term employees can confirm. You won’t find unnecessary micromanagement or pressure here. We maintain open communication with each other and respect private matters.
WORK WITH US
At L.CREDI, you have the chance to make an impact and grow. We value a hands-on mentality and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach. Resilience, strong communication skills, and teamwork are also important to us. You can complete your tasks two days a week from home, while on the other days you will find our well-maintained office at Schwanthalerhöhe in Munich. Our core hours are from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and you can arrange the rest of your working time flexibly. We prefer to work a bit longer from Monday to Thursday so that the weekend starts for us on Friday afternoon.
