For our company headquarters in Munich we are looking for a
Accountant full-time or part-time at least 20 hours (m/f/d) withimmediate effect.

Your tasks:

  • Independent checking and posting of current business transactions (accounts receivable/payable/cash/bank)
  • Import, check and post bank account statements
  • Check and post automated cash book
  • Online store processing in financial accounting - Posting the various payment systems
  • Close cooperation with the accounts receivable and marketing department (merchandise management system)
  • Clarification and reconciliation of accounts (personal/general ledger and clearing accounts)
  • Monitoring, processing and posting of domestic and foreign payment transactions (automated domestic payment transactions)
  • Receivables management - dunning process
  • Creating and sending the advance sales tax return and the VAT return
  • Creating and sending the Intrastat report
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Collaboration with the tax consultant
  • Business evaluations and support with reporting
  • Maintenance of master data in Comarch (Impuls Fashion XL)

Your profile:
  • Completed commercial training and further training as an accountant (m/f/d)
  • Sound professional experience in financial accounting
  • Good knowledge of German tax law
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Very good knowledge of German - and good knowledge of English is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Quick comprehension and process-oriented way of working
  • High sense of responsibility, initiative with the freedom to contribute your own ideas and experience
  • Good teamwork and communication skills as well as reliability are a basic requirement
