Competition – Conditions of Participation
1. Organizer
1.a The organizer of the Advent calendar and the associated competitions is L.CREDI-Peugler GmbH, represented by the managing director Florian Straßmeier . The participation period is from December 1st, 2023, 0:00 a.m. to December 24th, 2023, 11:59 p.m. and takes place on lcredi.com.
1.b This competition has no connection with Facebook or any other social media provider on which this competition may be announced.
1.c The organizer reserves the right to cancel or end the competition without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances (particularly of a technical or legal nature).
2. Competition
2.a The organizer is organizing a competition. For this purpose, he has provided one or more prizes and will award them to the winner or winners in accordance with the following conditions.
2.b Participation does not require the purchase of goods or services.
2.c Within a few days of the closing date for participation, the winners will be randomly selected from among all participants by lottery and by the organizer. The winners will then be notified by email and will have one week to activate their prize, after which the claim will expire and a new draw will be carried out. A total of ten winners will be drawn for the competition.
2.d Gift sets from cooperation partners will be raffled off on 10 days, vouchers from L.CREDI on 2 days, desired products from L.CREDI on 2 days and a unique L.CREDI item on 1 day. The prize cannot be passed on or redeemed at another time. In addition, no cash replacement is possible.
2.e The prizes will be sent to the address of the winners. To do this, however, the participant must agree to provide the organizer with a delivery address.
2.f The organizer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of participation without prior notice or to cancel the competition without giving reasons if the proper implementation of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical, legal or other reasons. When exercising these rights, the organizer will take the interests of the participants into account; in particular, the exercise of these rights must be reasonable for the participants.
3. Participation
3.a By participating, participants agree to the terms and conditions of participation.
3.b All people who enter their email address for the respective competition are eligible to participate. Registration must be done separately for each competition. Multiple registrations by the same person for the same competition will not be taken into account. Employees of L.CREDI-Peugler GmbH are excluded from participation.
3.c Participation in the competition is free of charge. There are no paid services required to participate. However, internet access and a Facebook and/or Instagram account are required to participate, and any associated costs must be borne by participants.
3.d Participant is always only a specific natural person; legal entities cannot take part. Multiple participation, for example under a pseudonym or additional email addresses, is excluded and will result in exclusion from the competition.
3.e The requirements for participation must be met for the duration of the competition and submitted to the organizer in the manner provided. Participation by means other than the one offered for participation (e.g. different email address of the organizer) is excluded and will not be taken into account. Applications for participation submitted before or after will not be considered.
3.f Participation by minors with limited legal capacity is only possible from the age of 14 and only with the consent of their legal representatives.
3.g The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition who violate the terms and conditions of participation, in particular who take part in the competition multiple times or who provide untrue information, use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation or attempt to do so.
4. Data protection
4.a The participant data provided during participation will be collected, processed and used by the organizer exclusively to carry out this competition. This data will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be passed on to third parties and will not be used for advertising purposes.
4.b The prerequisite for participation in the competition is that the participant provides the necessary information mentioned under point 3. Otherwise participation is not possible. The organizer processes the e-mail address, first name and last name in order to contact the winners and to collect any further data necessary for accepting and sending the prize, such as the address.
4.c The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR. The data will be deleted no later than 90 days after the competition has been held, with the exception of the data of the winners who have accepted the prize. Their data will be retained for the duration of the statutory retention periods and then deleted.

4.e At https://lcredi-munich.de/pages/kontakt, participants can request information from the organizer at any time about which personal data is stored, can request its correction and deletion and, if necessary, revoke any consent given.
5. Legal recourse and liability
Legal recourse is excluded. There is no enforceable claim to the payment of winnings. L.Credi -Peugler GmbH is not liable for the loss, delay, delay, alteration, manipulation and/or misdirection of emails and/or data during data entry, capture, transmission and/or storage , which have their origin in external data networks, in particular the Internet or the WWW, in external telephone lines and/or other hardware and/or software of the participants and/or third parties; This particularly applies to incorrect, missing, interrupted, deleted or defective data. L.Credi-Peugler GmbH is also not liable for incorrect information that is caused by participants and/or third parties, their hardware and/or software and that is used for or is related to the competition. In particular, no liability is assumed if emails or data entries do not meet the requirements set out there and are therefore not accepted and/or accepted by the system. Furthermore, L.Credi-Peugler GmbH is not liable for theft or destruction of the systems and/or storage media storing the data or for unauthorized modification and/or manipulation of the data in the systems and/or on the storage media by participants or third parties. Otherwise, L.Credi-Peugler is only liable for gross negligence or intentional actions by its legal representatives, employees or vicarious agents. L.Credi-Peugler is not liable for any damages caused to the winners or their relatives
in connection with the profit. The above exclusion of liability does not apply if liability is mandatory, e.g. in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health or due to the violation of essential contractual obligations. However, the claim for damages for the violation of essential contractual obligations is limited to the 3 contract-typical, foreseeable damage, unless there is liability for intent or gross negligence or due to injury to life, body or health. The above regulations do not entail a change in the burden of proof to the detriment of the participants.
